We are in need of a Business Development Manager with strong interpersonal and communication skills, a focus on organization, and enhanced multitasking abilities. B2B sales, marketing and strategic analysis are important aspects of the position, along with exceptional negotiation skills and the ability to close deals. The ideal candidate has experience researching market trends, targeting relationships and using proven methods to develop our business strategy while retaining marketing partners.

Your Responsibilities include:
• Research prospective accounts in targeted markets, pursue leads and follow through to a successful agreement
• Understand the target markets, including industry, company, project, company contacts and which market strategies can be used to attract clients
• Prospect for new clients by networking, cold calling, advertising or other means of generating interest from potential clients
• Create sales pitches and arrange business meetings and one-on-one conversations with prospective clients
• Promote the company’s services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
• Build long-term relationships with new and existing clients
• Negotiate and prepare sales contracts following company rules and guidelines
• Ensure that data is accurately entered and managed within the company’s CRM or other sales management system

Qualifications & Requirements:
• At least five years proven track record in business sales or related market
• Proficient computer skills, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel)
• Fluent communication in person, on the phone, and in email
• Superior presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal
• Technical skills required to understand and propose products or solutions by focusing on client requirements
• Excellent organizational skills, with emphasis on priorities and goal setting
