Job Description:

This person will be screening highly technical roles from skilled Virtual Assistants to IT positions. As a start-up company that aims to grow exponentially in the years to come, we need someone zealous enough to take new challenges and turn ideas into successful implementation and results.

Delonix Marketing provides digital marketing and other services to clients in Australia, New Zealand, and the USA. We first started the company with 8 staff way back 2012 and now, we are employing 280--a composition of Virtual Assistants, Web Developers, CSRs, and other specialized roles. Your Responsibilities include:

Understand the job requirements for each new position that comes requested by our clients
Liaise with clients regarding their hiring
Screen resumes to filter those that match the client’s requirements
Schedule face-to-face onsite interviews
Conduct face to face interviews with suitable candidates
Entertain walk-in applicants
Set up interview appointment for those candidates that meet the job requirements for the clients to conduct the final interview
Coordinate with team leaders and project managers for account specific interviews and exams
Conduct background and reference checks on short-listed candidates

Qualifications & Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree (preferably Psychology)
Must have 2+ years’ BPO experience in HR screening & recruitment
Has high-level understanding of HR Recruitment systems and procedures
Proven ability to build client and applicant relationships
Experience dealing with foreign clients preferred (but not essential)
Exceptional English communication skills (both written and oral)
Strong attention to detail
Applicants must be willing to work office-base in Fuente, (Cebu City) Monday to Friday 7am to 4pm (Sat/Sun rest days)
